The cuisine that we offer you is profoundly artisanal. The know-how inherited from ancestral family kitchens is found in our preparations. Thus, the pasta fresca is worked by hand, the ingredients of the risotto have not varied one iota, starting with the beef broth, the saffron pistils, and the parmigiano reggiano. The desserts are all homemade, as are the ice creams and sorbets.
