Aare Haustechnik AG was founded in 1927 by Otto Ramseyer and operated in the former premises of “Konsum Lorraine”. The craftsmen of the time had always been active in building technology and carried out sanitary installations, heating systems and sheet metal cladding - as the term craftsman literally means - by hand. Niklaus Ramseyer ran the company from 1963 second generation, with the same range of services and at the same business location. At the end of 1996, the company, based at Lorrainestrasse 20 in Bern, was transferred by its current owner, Rudolf Hänni , into a stock corporation, Aare Haustechnik AG.
