In culinary terms, the Collana focuses on seasonal and hearty Italian cuisine. Numerous antipasti, salads and other Italian delicacies such as focaccia are on offer. We are particularly proud of the handmade pasta from our in-house Commercio Manifattura. And yes, coffee is also our passion. Whether it's a classic espresso, caffè freddo or corretto - we love and live the art of coffee. As a long-standing part of the city of Zurich, we are of course experts in brunch. Our breakfast menu remains true to Italianità and pampers you at a high level. You can have breakfast with us until 11 a.m. on weekdays and until 4 p.m. at weekends.
