In the middle of Zermatt on the well-frequented church square is the unique Elsie's Bar (est. 1964). A wine and champagne bar like in the golden 20s. VIVE LA BELLE EPOQUE! First-class and comprehensive wine and champagne offerings complemented by a small but refined selection of international and Swiss delicacies. Fresh oysters, caviar, snails and other delicacies. A stylish yet cozy ambience for exceptional nights for special people who value quality and savoir vivre. In winter Elsie cooks. On Monday and Tuesday, friends of good cuisine go to Elsie's. A gourmet dinner that cannot be compared. During the winter season, Lukas Ryffel cooks his way into the hearts of Elsie guests every Monday and Tuesday with a special 4-course menu. On Sunday, the Champagne Brunch tempts with delicacies such as caviar, truffles and foie gras from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
