Our restaurant “Made in Sud” was born in August 2016 and since then the basis of our success has been the quality of the food, the hospitality and the family atmosphere of southern Italy.we offer many (but not exclusively!) dishes and drinks of organic quality, the meat comes from organic and animal-friendly animal husbandry wherever possible, coffee and tea and other drinks are organic & fair trade, most of the ingredients are organic and, whenever possible, local Swiss production. Ask if you want to know which products have which labels - we will be happy to give you detailed information. An important goal is to switch entirely to organic and local suppliers. We count on the conviction and enthusiasm of our customers!
