After his training in a 16-point kitchen, Daniel Riedener's culinary career took him via the Jura to Florida to the Gulf Coast to Sanibel Island. He successfully managed the Mad Hatter restaurant, which was known far beyond Florida's borders, for 10 years. Back to the roots, his further path took him via his parents' business to Schaffhausen and finally to Feuerthalen, where he found his jewel with the Munotblick. His cuisine impresses in its own way with influences from all over the world. Of course, Munotblick places great value on seasonal, regional and selected organic products.
