The trout hotel restaurant in Champ du Moulin is located in the heart of the Areuse gorges in the magnificent Creux du Van nature reserve. The restaurant offers you its careful cuisine, its specialties as well as the renowned trout from its fishpond. It is the ideal place to celebrate your birthdays, your weddings or to organize your family or professional meals. Since June 2015, the hotel has offered eight rooms with every comfort. The party room, decorated with stencil paintings entirely restored in 2014, can welcome you for your festivities. The restoration work on the village hall and the Hôtel de La Truite, as well as the exterior arrangements, was carried out by the “Champ-du-Moulin” Foundation.
