We're family. Although the three Vietnamese restaurants Saigon, Petit Saigon and Chez Nhan belong together, they work independently of each other, as is the case in every good family: You allow yourself all the freedoms and at the same time see yourself as a unit. Nhan Marbacher-Vo and her daughter Sabrina Phuong-Thi form the head, heart and belly of this family business. But without our Vietnamese cooks, the service staff and all the lovely people in the background it would not be possible to cook every day at the highest level and make our guests happy. Because that is what we want. We stand for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We know neither powder soups nor glutamate additives. With us everything is fresh, everything is prepared in the traditional way. When the sun rises over Zurich, our soups are already cooking. Every day anew and every day in the same way as we learned from our mothers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers at home in Saigon - and success proves us right.
