Tang Roulou Restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine, reflecting the traditional food culture of the different provinces. Our great specialty: Chinese fondue which uses our authentic homemade broths and long cooking (more than 10 hours), with a choice of more than 20 different flavors, for your pleasure and your health. Each fondue is served in an individual pot on its stove, guaranteeing personalized, hygienic and healthy meals. Tang roulou are skewers of Peking fruit. Traditionally, they are made with red azeroles, fruits of the hawthorn family, very common in China, but also throughout the Mediterranean. All seasonal fruits are also used. They are not only delicious, but they catch the eye with their sumptuous color. The fruits are skewered on a bamboo stick and coated with a crystalline syrup.
