The Tantpis is an open-minded, lovingly furnished Mediterranean café/restaurant. The friendly and familiar atmosphere as well as a wide range of food and drinks invite you to stop by. During the day we serve dishes from various cuisines around the world and in the evening we offer our guests a range of delicacies from Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Individual fresh and homemade mezze (small Ottoman finger dishes) or main courses can be enjoyed in a cozy atmosphere indoors or, when the weather is nice, outside in our courtyard. The Klingenhof gives the Tantpis a homely atmosphere with urban charm. It is one of the most beautiful and last public, closed courtyards in Zurich and the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon coffee with a homemade cake or a magazine. In our small business, we combine different cultures both on the menu and in the restaurant itself and attach great importance to ensuring that our guests feel comfortable in the mix of typical Zurich backyard flair, Mediterranean Eastern scents and a family atmosphere.
