Established in 2013. The Bite is a Swiss-Canadian concept that opened up in August 2013. We started off as just an idea scratched onto a cocktail napkin. That little idea transpired into reality through the love and hard work of a dedicated team. We are a Swiss-Canadian gourmet burger concept, located in Zurich's Kreis 4 District. Our food is wholesome, using only the freshest ingredients that we can find. The burger buns are made of a buttered brioche bread and our meat is high quality Swiss beef, ground in a unique (secret!) blend.
