Established in 1928. Starting in 1928 as "Stadtkeller" converting in the late 30's to the Walliser Keller. Completely renovated in 2008 and recovering the original wall paintings from the 30's. Special Swiss style glass windows (Butzenscheiben = traditionelle Flächenverglasung) from 1941. Serving traditional alpine food, like fondue, raclette, meat served on a hot stone, sliced veal zürich style, rösti potato and a great choice of local beverages. Beautiful historic restaurant and outstanding service.
