With Wesley's Kitchen, Wesley Weijun Qian, together with his wife Jing and a long-time friend Yang Wei, realized his dream of having their own restaurant in Zurich in February 2015 on Josefstrasse. Wesley continually reinterprets traditional Chinese cuisine in his restaurant. His dishes are unique, authentic and modern. He practices cooking as an art with great openness and passion. Like every artist, Wesley is a little crazy and at the same time clear and precise in the execution of his cooking.
