The Widder Restaurant, awarded with 18 GaultMillau points and 2 Michelin stars , is the heart of the Widder in Zurich and combines the history of the city, contemporary design and cuisine at the highest level. Stefan Heilemann, known for a cooking style based on the principles of classic cuisine, also surprises with exotic flavors that he discovered on his travels and incorporates into his creations. We are very proud and pleased that Stefan Heilemann was named Chef of the Year 2021 by GaultMillau and Stefano Petta was named Sommelier of the Year 2023
